近日,由佛山機器人學院建設的首條全面展示工業4.0生產技術的示范線亦會在本屆博覽會上掀開面紗:一條U型的U盤生產線,被切分為一個個工序,正快速運轉,在“工業4.0”生產線中,工廠在接收到訂單信息后,將通過三維建模生成產品的設計模型;在進入生產單元后,由中央生產線自動進行產線規劃,根據訂單安排生產工位和材料等,一只機器臂精確的抓起材料,另一只機器臂則接過材料進行內部檢測,確認無問題后,兩只機器臂靈活運轉進行著快速加工……全程不過兩三分鐘。

盡管只是生產小小的U盤,這條示范線卻由訂單體驗中心、物流倉儲、機器裝配、個性定制、3D打印、注塑單元、檢測總裝及包裝貼標等多個單元組成,運用了工業機器人、3D打印、工業模擬仿真、無人搬運機器人、生產制造執行管理系統等先進的生產要素。
該示范線實現智能3C產品生產、裝配、定制、檢測、運輸及倉儲的一體化,完美演繹了工業互聯網、產品小批量制造、虛擬現實及增強現實技術運用,實現能耗跟蹤管理及生產過程數字化與信息化的完美結合。
